Green Girl

Photos by: Jade Looc

The kiddie hormone inside me seem to be active today I just can’t help but throw on some ribbon and polka!

I don’t feel like wearing anything “adult” today so I decided to match up all these childish pieces into poof! I can’t believe my cropped lace top magically matched with me polka skater and eventually matched the pattern of my ribbon headband and as well as the design and color of my ribbon Mary Janes! I never knew they were meant to be together.

Isn’t it a lovely feeling when your outfit feels perfect together it brought you positive vibes all day?

Stay positive!

No colors

Photos by: Rona Buca

Gloomy as it may seem. This saturnine feeling is no longer endured. I may still be living alone but the inner glee rejoices.

Pardon such literary intro, I was just too agitated to shout.

Lemme start by putting this outfit as a symbol. It started last November when the worst agony I could ever feel in my life occurred in me. Those were the longest months of my life. No it doesn't seemed like a year, perhaps the  months preceding November 2013 could be compared to a never ending century of tribulation.

For the first time in forever, I could cry a river not just every night but almost everyday. And those were the most helpless moments of my life. I don't care if I'm overreacting or what. Most people say I'm weird and some of my friends say I'm strong. But this time, I can see a forlorn crying lady in front of the mirror each time.

Those were the moments when you've trusted no one but yourself and God only. For I was certain that every time I drop something tremendous, something overwhelming is coming on my way.

Starting 2014, I can't say I have finally moved on with my life's problems. But I can attest that I experienced the freedom I have never encountered in my whole life. Without my huge problem, I think I might not force myself to find a job. Now I'm enjoying everything I want, I can buy anything I want, I suffer with my mistakes. Hence, everything is now under my own control, whether the results may be good or bad, it is my decision.

I'm still on my way to finding what God has prepared in return to the biggest sacrifice I have withheld. But for now, I can finally say, I'm happy.

I wish this outfit post would still be valid. This was taken before the Foto Modelo Ateneo season 3 happened when we need to sell tickets in all black attire with heels. If you're an Atenean, you will know what I mean.

I may have been to a monochromatic moment of my life but this time, I'm starting to add and collect crayons again.

No feelings involved

Photos by: Gab Cadena

Here’s another gloomy post coming. Hence, another gloomy outfit.

Lemme share a little confession. My friends used to label me as the most manhid in the group since I often have less or no feeling at all… When it comes to boys. It’s not because I don’t value them, perhaps I would blame trust issues.

This outfit perfectly matches my internal emotions and personality. Yes I am bubbly but emotionless. Take it or leave it.

Animalistic Side

Photos by: Ralz San Pedro

Not being scientific nor contradicting any belief, do you really think we came from animals? Perhaps, I believe we just acquire animal features, which, admit it or not, may lead to a conclusion that we all have an animalistic side.

One certain Philosopher indeed gathered a few evidences that somehow proved that we are all animals in any sense. The moment we started thinking, we are on our way to being human.

Forgive me for being swayed philosophically. Perhaps I just enjoy the feeling of being imperfect at some point.

Without any distractions, unto my look! So, how did you like my new hair? To those who asked, I am NEVER returning to my blonde again without a number of reasons I simply wanna be NORMAL again and saying goodbye to head-turning-dilemmas-while-walking-in-the-street. Haha!
This was what I wore on my last visit in a zoo on a promo ad shoot for a newly-opened restaurant. Ate Juy, my schoolmate in highschool asked me if I could be one of their promo ad models for their upcoming resto and of course, who am I to say no?

I toned down a bit and decided to exhibit my new skater skirt from Be Dazzled! I loved how skaters work for everyone. Aside from the comfort it provides, it also turns your waist almost 10 times thinner! The fact that it is pulled from the waist and flares out over the hips one won't surely miss! Plus look how perfect the setting managed to go well with my outfit. Talk about hitting two birds in one stone, eh?

Thank you ate Juy for the opportunity and Bap for the skirt!

Bohemian Rhapsody

Photos by: Ralz San Pedro

Til now, I kept on wondering why my twin doesn't gave me the keys to unlock his url yet. Look, I can't link his name on his blog's url. Hahaha
Yes, my twin/ photographer is also a blogger, I mean a secret blogger.

Another Saturday spent getting away with my girly side and this counts trying out boho. Achieve? Nah.

Well as I always say, real style should be flexible and not sticking with the one you just love!

Striped Sophisticated

If you already saw me, you'll probably know I bleached my hair last July
so obviously this post was already overdue and I'm asking your pardon for that. I think I've already been on the peak of being a Masscom where I seemed to leave everything behind and busy doing my requirements.

From submitting five articles for our Journalism class, photo and video cover for Kadayawan, making of newspaper cover dummy, Short film for Hum, Station ID and program ID script for Radio, MTV shoot for Video Ed class and counting! This will never end until sembreak comes. This doesn't count our shameless video shoot infront of the crowd, interviews, sleepless nights, yes this sums up a life being a Mass Communication student.
No one expected that it will be that hard.

Another was because of our dead tired rehearsals for Sayawtenista that made our efforts paid by winning the 2nd runner up!

Much away with the stress stuff, here I am. Welcome me back again to blogging! -my ultimate stress reliever.
Oh blog, sorry for not updating you in weeks.

Haha anyway, I've been wearing monochromes these past few washdays yet I don't have any idea why. Some say I'm still in the stage of grief. Lol

Ciao!
See you next washday!
