Bistro Selera is a traditional Filipino bistro. Modern but not intimidating, this is the goal of the team behind Bistro Selera.

As you observe, most of their ingredients were really "Davao-ish" since they wanted a trademark that the food they serve was subject to make Davao food stand out not just in the country but also internationally.

Clearly, this is a Mindanao inspired resto with a touch of a avant-garde vibe inspired by the huge Mandaya painting inside. (Too bad I lack a photo of it)

The hands behind the kitchen of Bistro Selera carefully chose ingredients that will not just satisfy your taste buds but thoroughly study on their textures as well.

Despite that I'm youngest in the group, I was glad that I was able to appreciate the food but apparently, I'm not a dish lover.

SM Supermarket on its coolest

Count me as a lifestyle blogger and pardon me for blogging such things away from my niche. But I tell you, this is the coolest supermarket I have ever been in my whole life.

SM Lanang Premier just opened last September 28 in Davao bringing you the coolest supermarket in town. In line with this, we were invited the day before for a media tour inside the said mall.

To those who have no idea about what this thing is all about, this utility is set to reduce the hassle of lining up since it automatically provides a receipt and priority number to the cashier especially for customers purchasing on large bundles.

Within the counter's reach, cashier's task was to ask for the bill and not anymore count the number of items. Cool isn't it?

Another, you can also swipe your SM Advantage card, Prestige or BDO Rewards card into the swipe machine to get a promo list of discounts and giveaways. In addition, there is also this so-called Happy Hour where in every 60 minutes, discounts are available for items.

Forever 21 invades Davao

Wanna be forever 21? I mean you wanna be trendy, stylish and classy all at the same time? If your answer is a big yes then be glad that Davao finally welcomes the hippest clothing brand in the country, Forever 21.

Davaoenos need not to be jealous anymore because the famous brand originated in California is finally brought here in Davao.
